Guided Leadership Retreats

While Camp Medley is first and foremost a Children’s Residential Summer Camp, our off-season is filled with rental and retreat opportunities that are aimed at providing the same sort of environment and resources we provide through our camping programs. Unless requested, our guided retreats are not faith based. Our retreats programs are intended to promote teams and groups to live and lead in their communities with excellence and provision for the future!

Camp Medley offers Guided Leadership Retreats year round for schools, teams, clubs, youth programs, work groups, etc.  These guided retreats are an opportunity to get away from your typical work environment, spend a few days in the wilderness (with electricity, wifi and cell service), and engage in valuable team building activities and leadership workshops! We want your retreat time to be customized to your groups needs, retreat goals and expectations. Your Schedule will include time-gaps that are intended to be filled by your own planned activities (i.e meetings, workshops, rest periods, games. etc.)
